Job Requirements
- Good command of oral and written English. GLV level 6 or above.
- University education with 3 years of relevant experience.
- Is familiar with the Labor laws，and procedures for maintaining employee relationships.
- Management or training skills.
- Planning and organizing skills.
- Ability to analyze the situations.
- Ability and skill on dealing with emergencies.
- Ability and skill to deal with cultural conflicts.
- Strong self-discipline, responsible and honest.
- Working knowledge of MS office applications including Word and Excel.
- Sincere and responsible individual who can see the overall situation.
- Priority is given to those who have worked in a training school or in any international group.
